How to buy?

By accessing the different sections of our website, you will be able to add your products to the shopping cart.

Once completed, following the natural steps of the online purchasing process, we will ask you for the necessary data to be able to invoice and send the goods. Your data will be registered and safe to speed up your next purchase.

How do I pay?

We accept three methods of payment for your orders.

1- Payment in cash. We would love nothing more than for you to visit our workshop and meet us in person. It would be the best start.

2- Bank transfer. By making the deposit to the account number that you will receive by email when you confirm your order.

It is important that you indicate the order number so that we can associate the payment. Please send us proof of payment as soon as possible to aguadecor@gmail.com so that we can begin preparations.

3- PayPal: An agile and secure payment method with extensive guarantees. It is considered as an immediate payment for the preparation of the order.

4- Credit card.

Shipping costs and delivery time?

For orders within the peninsula the usual deliveries will be the next working day for orders in stock placed before 14.00 hours (SEUR24). Shipping costs have a fixed price of 9.18 euros (+vat). If your order is over 100 euros, we will pay the shipping costs.

For orders outside the peninsula, transport costs and delivery time will vary depending on the courier contracted.

Whenever possible we will provide you with a tracking code so that you are always aware of the status of your shipment.


Delivery times?

Within mainland Spain, during office hours within 24/48 working hours for orders in stock placed before 14.00 hours.

For other destinations, we will give you an approximate delivery date as soon as it is negotiated with the selected courier.

Status of my order?

We have a large stock to provide you with an almost immediate service.

You will also receive an e-mail confirming the dispatch of your order. Whenever possible we will give you a tracking code so that you can see the status of your order at all times.


Your invoice will always travel inside the package, accompanying your goods, unless you specify otherwise.

Whenever you need it, you can request a duplicate invoice at aguadecor@gmail.com.



You have a return period of 15 days. You can send us the product by your own means without any problem. The only thing we ask is that it is in the same conditions that we have delivered it to you.

Our best advertising weapon is the word of mouth of our 100% satisfied customers.


You will always benefit from a 2-year guarantee on products with manufacturing defects.

All our products are designed and manufactured with the greatest possible love, care and quality.

However, the warranty will not be valid if faults or damage occur due to incorrect handling or lack of maintenance or care.

Security of your data?

All your private information will be protected against unauthorised access by third parties.
